Our Success Coaching program provides senior-level and high-potential leaders with the opportunity to discuss the most significant challenges they face at work, and to refine their vision for their careers and lives.

Leaders tell us that it is lonely at the top. In many organizations it is believed that discussing shortcomings, worries, and perceived failures is unacceptable and unsafe. However, the need of those in often isolated leadership positions to talk about difficulties experienced in their work is real, and ignoring them can compromise a leader's effectiveness. Our coaches provide a confidential outlet where leaders can articulate concerns, brainstorm solutions, and create plans to meet future challenges.

In addition, many senior leaders are under such intense time pressures, that they rarely have the chance to reflect on broader questions like whether they are achieving what they want in their careers and lives. Success coaching provides a series of ‘timeouts’ in which executives can pause and consider broader questions. It also provides a structured process for distilling a personal life vision statement and a set of life goals.

In a series of one-on-one coaching sessions, we will help leaders address the challenges faced in their current positions, as well as calibrate them to a set of broader life goals that are meaningful and motivating to them. The ultimate purpose of Success Coaching is to help leaders develop deeper insight into their talents, and to use those talents in the most satisfying way possible.
