Intern
Applicants will have one or more years of
graduate training in organizational
psychology or a closely related field, and
be available for full-time work and
occasional travel. The ideal candidate will
have completed their Master’s degree (or
equivalent) and be enrolled in a Ph.D.
program in Industrial/Organizational
Psychology. The position involves working
with a team of organizational psychologists
on a variety of projects and assignments
including:
- Developing
assessment centre measures and simulations
- Participating
as an assessor in leadership assessment
centres
- Providing
ongoing validation of current systems
- Conducting
organizational interventions
- Report
and proposal writing
- Training
design

- Clinical
