Intern
Applicants will have one or more years of graduate training in organizational psychology or a closely related field, and be available for full-time work and occasional travel. The ideal candidate will have completed their Master’s degree (or equivalent) and be enrolled in a Ph.D. program in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. The position involves working with a team of organizational psychologists on a variety of projects and assignments including:

  • Developing assessment centre measures and simulations
  • Participating as an assessor in leadership assessment centres
  • Providing ongoing validation of current systems
  • Conducting organizational interventions
  • Report and proposal writing
  • Training design

Qualifications Include:

  • Strong interpersonal and team skills

Consultants
Our consultants are creative and flexible individuals who combine academic backgrounds in psychology with practical business experience, allowing them to carry out a wide range of consulting assignments from individual assessment and executive coaching to leadership team building and strategic planning. A willingness to travel is essential.

Consultant/Project Manager:

  • Masters or Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology (or related discipline)
  • 1-2 years of internship or other applied business experiences
  • Strong analytical, written & interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated interest in leadership issues and business consulting
  • Comfort in interacting with senior executives

Senior Consultant:

  • Masters or Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology (or related discipline)
  • Clinical background or clinical experience would also be an asset
  • 3-5 years of solid consulting experience with executives and executive teams
  • Strong business-development skills
  • High energy and entrepreneurial drive
