TIM JACKSON, PH.D., PRESIDENT

Tim Jackson specializes in leadership assessment, development, selection, coaching, and talent management. Some of his recent clients include Onex Corporation, BASF Canada, Husky Injection Molding, Co-operators Insurance, Sigma-Tau Pharmaceuticals, Sunopta Inc., and Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre. Tim has authored numerous conference papers and a book chapter on effective leadership practices and employee commitment. He has presented his research at conferences of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, the Gallup Leadership Institute, and The Academy of Management. Tim also serves on the Executive Committee of the Canadian Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Tim completed his M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at The University of Western Ontario.
