OUR BACKGROUND
Established in 1989, Jackson Leadership Systems Inc. is a group of leadership development
consultants and organizational psychologists. We have built a team of highly experienced
professionals who combine academic backgrounds in management and behavioural
sciences with practical business experience.
In addition to our work with large, global companies, we also take pride in bringing Fortune 500 business
practices to co-operative, community-oriented, and not-for-profit clients.
We are not a big firm and we consider this an advantage. Being small means being responsive to our customers, customizing solutions to fit client needs, specializing in a few key areas of competence, and striving to forge high-quality and long-term client relationships.
Our corporate office and assessment centre is located in Mount Albert, Ontario, a short drive north of Toronto.
