J. David Jackson is the Founder and President of Jackson Leadership Systems. For over 35 years he has consulted in the public and private sectors, fostering leadership from managerial to Chairman of the Board levels. His areas of expertise include executive coaching, succession planning, and building high-performance leadership teams. He has worked intimately on leadership development with a wide spectrum of organizations, including companies in the pharmaceutical, financial, communications, construction, and automotive industries. Before his career as a consultant, Dave taught at the University of Chicago (where he also received his Ph.D. in Psychology), McMaster School of Business, and the University of Waterloo.
